(15) Push and hold the TEST switch on the Cargo Fire Control panel.
(a) Make sure the FWD EXT and AFT EXT lights come on.
NOTE:____Other indications can occur during this test. The other indications are not important for this test.

Open the forward cargo door, 4404R.

Pressure Switch Test

(1) Push and hold the override button on the cargo bottle pressure switch.
(a) Make sure the DISCH light on the Cargo Fire Control panel comes on.

(2) Release the override button on the cargo bottle pressure switch.
(a) Make sure the DISCH light on the Cargo Fire Control panel goes out.
E. AIRPLANES WITHOUT A PRESSURE SWITCH OVERRIDE BUTTON;
Pressure Switch Test

(1)
Remove the connector from the pressure switch.

Install a jumper between pins 2 and 3 of the connector.
(a) Make sure the DISCH light on the Cargo Fire Control panel comes on.

(3) Remove the jumper from the connector.
(a) Make sure the DISCH light on the Cargo Fire Control panel goes out.

(4) Install the connector on the pressure switch.
F. Put the Airplane Back to its Usual Condition

Install the lining in the aft end of the forward cargo compartment.

Close the forward cargo door, 4404R.
