Close the EXT 1 FORWARD circuit breaker.
(g)
Set the EXT 1 FORWARD switch S3 to NO DISCHARGE.
(h)
Push the FWD ARM switch, on the Cargo Fire Control panel, to the usual position.

(9) Open then close this circuit breaker:
(a) Circuit Breaker Panel, P6 or P18
1) LWR CARGO FIRE EXT 1

(10) Do a test of the aft cargo fire bottle squib circuit.
(a)
Set the EXT 1 AFT switch S4 on the test box to DISCHARGE.
(b)
Push the AFT ARM switch, on the Cargo Fire Control panel, to the ARMED position.
(c)
Push the DISCH switch on the Cargo Fire Control panel.
(d)
Make sure the EXT 1 AFT circuit breaker opens.
(e)
Make sure the other circuit breakers stay closed.
(f)
Close the EXT 1 AFT circuit breaker.
(g)
Set the EXT 1 AFT switch S4 to NO DISCHARGE.
(h)
Push the AFT ARM switch, on the Cargo Fire Control panel, to the usual position.

(11) Open this circuit breaker and install a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:
(a) Circuit Breaker Panel, P6 or P18
1) LWR CARGO FIRE EXT 1

Remove the protective cover from the squibs.

Connect the electrical connectors to the squibs.

Connect D12794 to the FWD squib M2249.
(b)
Connect D12796 to the AFT squib M2250.

(14) Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker:
(a) Circuit Breaker Panel, P6 or 18
