Remove the protective covers from the fire bottle squibs.

WARNING:_______MAKE SURE THERE IS NO VOLTAGE AT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR. IF THERE IS A VOLTAGE AT THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR, THE SQUIB CAN RELEASE ITS CONTENTS SUDDENLY AND CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS.
(5) Make sure there is no voltage between pins 1 and 2 of the electrical connector.
NOTE: If you use a voltmeter, connect a 10 Kohm resistor across
____ the meter. You should read less than 1 volt.
