(39) Move the reverse thrust lever for engine 2 to the forward and down position (AMM 78-31-00/201).
H. Do a Test of the Pressure Switch Circuits
(1) S 865-098Install a jumper across pins 1 and 2 of connector D586. (a) Make sure the L BOTTLE DISCHARGED light (amber) on the panel P8-1 comes on.
(2) S 865-099Remove the jumper from pins 1 and 2 of D586.
(3) S 865-100Connect the connector D586 to the L (forward) bottle discharge switch.
(4) S 865-101Install a jumper across pins 1 and 2 of connector D588. (a) Make sure the R BOTTLE DISCHARGED light (amber) on the P8-1 panel comes on.
(5) S 865-102Remove the jumper from pins 1 and 2 of D588.
(6) S 865-103Connect the connector D588 to the R (aft) bottle discharge switch.
(7) S 865-104Install a jumper across pins 1 and 2 of connector D1176. (a) Make sure the APU BOTTLE DISCHARGED light (amber) on the P8-1 panel comes on.
(8) S 865-105Remove the jumper from pins 1 and 2 of connector D1176.
