VENT: Normally white i.e. there is neither avionic vent blower fault, or avionic vent extract fault, or avionic vent fault (discretes wired to the SDAC) or when these discretes status is not available from the SDAC. It becomes amber when the avionic vent blower fault, or the avionic vent extract fault, or the avionic vent fault information is valid as transmitted by the SDAC.

(1)
Case 1: GND COOL white with valve green and closed: When both skin valves (information from the SDAC) are normally fully closed.
(2)
Case 2: GND COOL white with valve green and open: When normally (on ground), neither of the skin valves is fully closed.
(3)
Case 3: GND COOL amber with valve amber and open: When abnormally (A/C running), neither of the skin valves is fully closed.
(4)
Case 4:
GND COOL white with valve replaced by XX amber:
When the skin valves positions are not available.
