Case 2 the needle and the digital value are green in the range -0.4 to 8.5 PSI. The digital value is green and pulsing in the range:
1.5 < delta P < 8.5 PSI
and A/C in final approach.
It stops pulsing when the value drops below 1 PSI.

delta P analog value < minus 0.4 PSI
or 8.5 PSI < delta P analog value
