range -1800 FT/MN to -25 FT/MN
Case 2

The arrow is green and pulsing when the vertical speed is higher than 1800 FT/MN (confirmed 3s).

The arrow is green and pulsing when the vertical speed is lower than -1800 FT/MN (confirmed 3s).

The arrow stops pulsing if the absolute value drops below 1600ft/mn
(confirmed 3s).
Case 3

The arrow is not displayed when the vertical speed is in the range -25 FT/MN to + 25 FT/MN.
