(2) Disconnect the cable AA [5] and AB [6] at the cable turnbuckles [4].
(a) Attach identification tags on the disconnected cables for easier assembly.

(3) Remove the cable guide [7] from the aileron transfer mechanism assembly [13]:
(a) Remove the nuts [21], washers [20], and bolts [19] from the cable guide [7].
(b) Remove the cable guide [7].

(4) Remove the aileron transfer mechanism assembly [13]:
(a) Remove screw [17] and clamp [18] to remove the rudder pedal adjustment crank.
(b) Remove the nuts [16], washers [15] and screws [14] to remove the wiring harness [27] from
the bracket.
(c) Remove the screw [25] and clamp [26] with the wiring harness [27] from the aileron transfer
mechanism.
(d) Disconnect the electrical connector [29] from the aileron transmitter.
(e) Remove the nuts [24], washers [23], and bolts [22] that attach the aileron transfer
mechanism assembly [13] to the airplane structure.

(f) Remove the nuts [10], washers [9] and bolts [8] to remove the bracket [11].
(g) Move the aileron transfer mechanism assembly [13] down while you put the cables ACBA
[1] and ACBB [3] through the openings.
