(c) Install the new pin [37].
(d) Move the reaction link [29] to put the power control unit assembly [1] between the fork end
of the reaction link [29].
(e) Connect the power control unit assembly [1] to the reaction support assembly [27].
1) Install the bolt assembly [14], washers [25], bushings [26], washers [28] and nut [24].
2) Tighten the nut [24] to 300-350 pound-inches (33.9-39.5 newton-meters).
3) Install the washer [21], nut [22] and new pin [23].
NOTE: Tighten the nut [22] to the lower end of the torque range. Continue to tighten
the nut until the next castellation aligns with the hole in the bolt assy [14].
(f) Apply sealant, A00247 to the bolt [15] and spacer [16].
(g) Install the bolt [15], spacer [16], washers [17], washer [19] and nut [20] to connect the safety
link [18] to the reaction support assemnbly [27].
(h) Connect the bracket assemblies to the power control unit assembly [1] with bolts [30],
washers [31], bolt [32] and washer [33].

(i) Connect the pogos [7] to the power control unit assembly [1] with bolts [8], washers [9],
bushings [10], washers [11], nuts [12] and new pin [13].
NOTE: You must install the bolt [8] with the bolt head up. Tighten the nuts [12] to the
lower end of the torque range. Continue to tighten the nuts until the next
castellation aligns with the hole in the bolts [8].

(5) Remove the caps and plugs from the hydraulic lines [4] and ports.
