(2) Make sure the fork is correctly engaged to the paddle on the control column.

(3) Install the control wheel drum assembly [19]:
(a) Connect the cable AA [4] and cable AB [6] to the control wheel drum assembly [19].
(b) Put the end of cable ACBA [1] and cable ACBB [2] through the openings, and at the same
time, put the control wheel drum assembly [19] in its position.
(c) Make sure the radius fillers [8] are bonded to the rib.
(d) Put the bracket [7] in its position with the FWD marking forward.
(e) Install the bracket [7] with the bolts [9], washers [10] and nuts [11].
(f) Install the bolts [12], washers [13], and nuts [14] to attach the control wheel drum
assembly [19] to the airplane structure.
(g) Attach the wiring harness [38] to the control wheel drum assembly [19] with the screws
[31], washers [32], and nuts [34].
(h) Connect the electrical connector [33] to the aileron transmitter.
(i) Connect the electrical connectors [15] and [30] to the roll force transducer [18].
(j) Install the clamps [26], [29] and [41] with screws [24], [27], and [39].
(k) Install the screw [35], and clamp [37] to attach the rudder pedal adjustment crank to the
control wheel drum assembly [19].

(4) Install the cable guide [16] to the control wheel drum assembly [19]:
(a) Put the cable guide [16] in its position.
(b) Install the screws [17] on the cable guide [16].

(5) Connect the cable AA [4] and cable AB [6] at the turnbuckles [5].
(a) Remove the identification tags from the disconnected cables.
(b) Connect the cable AA [4] and cable AB [6] at the turnbuckles [5].
(c) Tighten the turnbuckles [5] to remove slack but keep the cable tension at zero.

(6) Connect the cable ACBA [1] and cable ACBB [2] at the turnbuckles [3]:
(a) Remove the identification tags from the disconnected cables.
(b) Connect the cable ACBA [1] and cable ACBB [2] at the turnbuckles [3].
(c) Tighten the turnbuckles [3] to remove slack but keep the cable tension at zero.
