 (11) Do this task to remove the door locks:  Nose Gear Door Lock Removal (Ref 32-00-30/201).

 VOR/LOC ANTENNA SWITCH - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General

 A.  This subject has two tasks. The first task is the removal of the VOR/LOC antenna switch. The second task is the installation of the VOR/LOC antenna switch. Parts of the ILS System Test must be done after the installation of the VOR/LOC antenna switch.

 2.  VOR/LOC Antenna Switch Removal

 A.  General
 (1)  
There are three VOR/LOC antenna switches installed in the E1 electronics equipment rack in the main equipment center. They are installed on the left end of the No. 6 shelf. The equipment numbers are B63 for the left, B64 for the right, and B299 for the center VOR/LOC antenna switches.
 (2)  
The removal procedures are the same for each VOR/LOC antenna switch.
 B.  Access
 (1)  Location Zone 117 Electrical and Electronics Compartment, LH
 C.  Procedure

 (1)  Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
 (a)  P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel
 1) 7D22 ILS ANT SW L
 2) 7D23 ILS ANT SW C
 3) 7D24 ILS ANT SW R

 (2)  Remove the VOR/LOC antenna switch:
 (a)  Disconnect the coaxial cables and the electrical cable from the VOR/LOC antenna switch
