Remove the R/T mount:
 (a) Disconnect the air hose clamps attached to the R/T mount.

 (b)  Remove the air hose from the right air inlet on the R/T mount. 
 (c)  Remove the air hose from the left air inlet on the R/T mount. 
 (d)  Disconnect the electrical connector DB139 from the waveguide 
 switch. 
 (e)  Disconnect all ten electrical connectors on the AEO 302 
 disconnect panel connected to the R/T mount. 
 (f)  Remove the four screws, washers and a gasket that attach the 
 waveguide section 5 to the waveguide switch. 
 (g)  Remove the six screws and locknuts that connect the E30-1 upper
 shelf to the E30 rack.
 CAUTION: BE CAREFUL TO PREVENT ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE TO THE WIRE
_______ BUNDLES ON THE E30-1 UPPER SHELF. WHEN YOU REMOVE THE E30-1 UPPER SHELF FROM THE E30 RACK, DAMAGE TO THE WIRES CAN OCCUR.
 (h)  
Carefully remove the E30-1 upper shelf from the E30 rack.
 (i)  
Remove the four screws and washers and a gasket from the right feeder waveguide at the waveguide switch.
 (j)  
Remove the four screws and washers and a gasket from the right feeder waveguide at the R/T mount.
 (k)  
Remove the right feeder waveguide.
 (l)  
Remove the four screws and washers and a gasket from the left feeder waveguide at the waveguide switch.
 (m)  
Remove the four screws and washers and a gasket from the left feeder waveguide at the R/T mount.
 (n)  
Remove the left feeder waveguide.
 (o)  
Remove all ground wires from ground terminal GD138 on the R/T mount using an insertion/extraction tool. (SWPM 20-20-11)
 NOTE: Use the insertion/extraction tool for a Burndy terminal
____ block with part number YHLZG8-1.
 (p)  Remove all ground wires from ground terminal GD140 on the R/T mount using an insertion/extraction tool. (SWPM 20-20-11)
 NOTE: Use the insertion/extraction tool for a Burndy terminal
____ block with part number YHLZG8-1.
 (q)  
Remove the two top and two bottom screws,nuts and washers that attach connector DB138 to the R/T mount.
 (r)  
Carefully remove connector DB138 from the R/T mount.
 (s)  
Remove the two top and two bottom screws,nuts and washers that attach connector DB140 to the R/T mount.

Carefully remove connector DB140 from the R/T mount.
 (u)  
Identify connectors DB138 and DB140 for installation.
 (v)  
Remove the eight screws, washers and nuts which attach the R/T mount to the E30-1 upper shelf.

Put a cover on the waveguide switch that is lint free for protection of the waveguide flanges and electrical connector.

Put a dust cap on waveguide section 5.

Put a cover over connector DB138 that is lint free for protection of the electrical and waveguide sections.
