5) Install all ground wires into ground terminal GBD140 on the R/T mount using an insertion/extraction tool. (SWPM 20-20-11)
NOTE: Use the insertion/extraction tool for a Burndy
____ terminal block with part number YHLZG8-1.
(c) Install the four screws and washers and a gasket to attach the left or right feeder waveguide to the R/T mount waveguide.
CAUTION: BE CAREFUL TO PREVENT DAMAGE TO THE WAVEGUIDE SWITCH
_______ WHEN THE SCREWS ARE TIGHTENED. IF YOU TIGHTEN THE SCREWS TOO MUCH, DAMAGE TO THE WAVEGUIDE SWITCH CAN OCCUR.
(d)
Make sure the four screws and washers that hold both feeder waveguides to the waveguide switch are correctly attached.
(e)
Connect the electrial connector DB139 to the blower assembly.
(f)
Make sure the R/T mount wire bundle is not damaged and is correctly attached to the R/T mount and E5 shelf assembly.

Do this task to install the left WXR R/T in the E5-1 shelf assembly: Weather Radar Receiver/Transmitter Removal (AMM 34-43-02/401).

Do this task to install the right WXR R/T in the E5-2 shelf
assembly: Weather Radar Receiver/Transmitter Installation
(AMM 34-43-02/401).
F. Weather Radar System Test

(1) Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:
(a) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel
1) 7C7 WXR L RT
2) 7C19 WXR R RT

(AMM 24-22-00/201).

(3) S 714-056Do this task to test the WXR R/T mount: Adjustment/Test (AMM 34-43-00/501). Weather Radar System -
(4) S 414-059PASSENGER AIRPLANES; Close the access door to the 117A electronics compartment (AMM 06-09-01/201).
(5) S 414-146FREIGHTERS; Install the floor cargo panels on the floor beams above the receiver/transmitters.
WARNING:_______ STEP ONLY ON THE FLOOR BEAMS WHEN YOU REMOVE CARGO FLOOR PANEL. THE FLOOR PANELS BETWEEN THE BEAMS CAN FLEX AND CAUSE TO YOU FALL. IF YOU DO NOT OBEY THESE INSTRUCTIONS, INJURY TO PERSONNEL AND/OR DAMAGE TO THE WEATHER RADAR EQUIPMENT OR BLANKET MATERIAL CAN OCCUR.
WARNING:_______ THE CARGO FLOOR PANEL IS HEAVY. TO PREVENT INJURY, TWO PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED WHEN LIFTING OR MOVING THE CARGO FLOOR PANEL.
CAUTION:_______ DO NOT PUSH OR PULL THE CARGO FLOOR PANEL ACROSS THE FLOOR BEAMS. THIS ACTION CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BLANKET MATERIAL.
(a) (b) Carefully install the cargo floor panel.Tighten all 18 fasteners that hold the cargo floor panel.
(6) S 864-050If electrical power is not necessary, do this task to remove electrical power: Manual Control (AMM 24-22-00/201).
