(h) Tighten screws on forward and aft support brackets.

(6) Close the radome temporily (AMM 53-52-01/201) until after the weather radar test ND display test is done:
NOTE: The radome is closed to prevent equipment damage from wind

Move the radome to the closed position.
(b)
Engage two of the six latch hooks.

(7) Do the weather radar ND Display Test listed below in the Weather Radar System Test.
E. Waveguide Section 3 Installation
NOTE: To remove waveguide Section 3, it is necessary to get into the
____ nose radome and below the compartment floor in the nose cargo door.

(1) Make sure these circuit breakers are open with DO-NOT-CLOSE
attached:
(a) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel
1) 7C7 WXR L RT
2) 7C19 WXR R RT

(2) Get access to section 3 below the compartment floor:
(a) Release the 18 fasteners that hold the cargo floor panel.
WARNING: STEP ONLY ON THE FLOOR BEAMS WHEN YOU REMOVE CARGO FLOOR
_______ PANEL. THE FLOOR PANELS BETWEEN THE BEAMS CAN FLEX AND CAUSE YOU TO FALL. IF YOU DO NOT OBEY THESE INSTRUCTIONS, INJURY TO PERSONNEL AND/OR DAMAGE TO THE WEATHER RADAR EQUIPMENT OR BLANKET MATERIAL CAN OCCUR.
WARNING:_______THE CARGO FLOOR PANEL IS HEAVY. TO PREVENT INJURY, TWO PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED WHEN LIFTING OR MOVING THE CARGO FLOOR PANEL.
CAUTION: DO NOT PUSH OR PULL THE CARGO FLOOR PANEL ACROSS THE FLOOR
_______ BEAMS. THIS ACTION CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BLANKET MATERIAL.
(b) Carefully remove the cargo floor panel.

(3) Remove the dust caps from the waveguide flanges.
NOTE: Replace gaskets if they are defective.

(4) Install waveguide Section 3:
(a)
Install four screws and lockwashers with gaskets in flanges between section 2 and section 3.
(b)
Install four screws and lockwashers with gasket in flanges between section 3 and section 4.
F. Waveguide Section 4 Installation
NOTE: To remove waveguide Section 4, it is necessary to get into the
____ nose radome and below the compartment floor in the nose cargo door.
