Slide the Section 4 up through the slot in the bottom of the waveguide switch support.

Install four screws and lockwashers with gasket in the section 4 flange that mates with the waveguide switch.
NOTE: The screws go through the holes in the waveguide switch

(d) Install four screws and lockwashers with gaskets in flanges between section 3 and section 4.
G. R/T Feeder Waveguide Section Installation
NOTE: To remove one or both R/T feeder sections, it is necessary
____ to get into the nose radome and below the compartment floor in the nose cargo door.

(1) Make sure these circuit breakers are open with DO-NOT-CLOSE tags attached:
(a) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel
1) 7C7 WXR L RT
2) 7C19 WXR R RT

(2) Get access to the R/T feeder waveguide below the compartment floor:
WARNING: STEP ONLY ON THE FLOOR BEAMS WHEN YOU REMOVE CARGO FLOOR
_______ PANEL. THE FLOOR PANELS BETWEEN THE BEAMS CAN FLEX AND CAUSE YOU TO FALL. IF YOU DO NOT OBEY THESE INSTRUCTIONS, INJURY TO PERSONNEL AND/OR DAMAGE TO THE WEATHER RADAR EQUIPMENT OR BLANKET MATERIAL CAN OCCUR.
WARNING:_______THE CARGO FLOOR PANEL IS HEAVY. TO PREVENT INJURY, TWO PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED WHEN LIFTING OR MOVING THE CARGO FLOOR PANEL.
CAUTION: DO NOT PUSH OR PULL THE CARGO FLOOR PANEL ACROSS THE FLOOR
_______ BEAMS. THIS ACTION CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BLANKET MATERIAL.
(a) Carefully remove the cargo floor panel.

(3) Install the R/T feeder waveguide section:
(a)
Hold the R/T feeder waveguide section.
(b)
Install the screws and washers with a gasket between the R/T feeder flange and the waveguide switch port.
(c)
Install the screws and washers with gasket between the flanges on the R/T mount waveguide and the R/T feeder waveguide.
H. Weather Radar System Test

(1) Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags and close these circuit breakers:
(a) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel
1) 7C7 WXR L RT
2) 7C19 WXR R RT

(3) S 734-100Do the ND display test in the system test (AMM 34-43-00/501).
(4) S 414-104PASSENGER AIRPLANES; Close access door 117AL to the electronic compartment if access is not necessary (AMM 06-09-01/201).
(5) S 014-247Install the cargo floor panel on the floor beams above the receiver/transmitters.
