Install the air hose to the left air inlet on the R/T mount.

Tighten the air hose clamp to the left hose and air inlet.
(v)
Install the air hose to the right air inlet on the R/T mount.

Tighten the air hose clamp to the right hose and air inlet.

5. FREIGHTERS; Weather Radar R/T Mount Installation (Fig. 401A)

A. General
(1) The R/T mount for the left R/T (B138) is attached to the E5-1 shelf assembly below the floor compartment between station 180 and 200. The R/T mount for the right R/T(B140) is attached to the E5-2 shelf assembly below the floor compartment between station 200 and 220. To install the left or right R/T mount, you must electrically and mechanically connect it from the E5 shelf assembly.

E. Procedure

(1) Make sure these circuit breakers are open with DO-NOT-CLOSE tags attached:
(a) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel
1) 7C7 WXR L RT
2) 7C19 WXR R RT

Remove the cover from the electrical connector sections and
waveguide section on connector DB138 or DB140.

Remove the dust cap from the feeder waveguide.

Install the R/T mount:
NOTE: Replace the waveguide gaskets when they are defective.

(a) Left R/T mount: 1) Put the left R/T mount on shelf assembly E5-1 between station 180 and 200. 2) Install the four screws, washers and nuts which attach the
R/T mount to the shelf assembly E5-1.
3) Install connector DB138 into the left R/T mount.
4) Install two top and two bottom screws, nuts and washers to
attach connector DB138 to the R/T mount.
5) Install all ground wires into ground terminal GDB138 on the R/T mount using an insertion/extraction tool. (SWPM 20-20-11)
NOTE: Use the insertion/extraction tool for a Burndy
____ terminal block with part number YHLZG8-1.
