3) The lateral deviation pointer on the standby attitude/ILS indicator moves two dots in the left direction.
(f)
Adjust the output of the ramp test set to supply a signal that is two dots in the right direction.
(g)
Make sure these results occur: 1) The LOC deviation pointer on the PFDs moves two dots in the right direction. 2) The LOC deviation pointer on the NDs moves two dots in the right direction.
3) The lateral deviation pointer on the standby attitude/ILS indicator moves two dots in the right direction.
(h)
Open this circuit breaker:
1) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel a) 7B17 NAV RADIO MMR R
(i)
Make sure these results occur: 1) The source receiver annunciation on the first officer's ND changes to ILS C.
2) The LOC deviation pointers on the first officer's PFD and ND do not move.
(j)
Adjust the output of the ramp test set to supply a signal that is on-course. 1) Make sure the LOC deviation pointer on the PFDs and the NDs
shows on-course.
(k)
Close this circuit breaker:
1) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel a) 7B17 NAV RADIO MMR R
(l)
Make sure the source receiver annunciation on the first officer's ND changes to ILS R.
J. Localizer Audio Test

(1) Do the localizer audio test:
(a) Open these circuit breakers:
1) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel a) 7B17 NAV RADIO MMR R

(b)
Push the APP control on the captain's audio control panel (ACP).
(c)
Set the ILS channel select on the captain's ACP to the L postion.
(d)
Push the volume control switch on the captain's ACP to turn on the flight interphone speakers and headsets.
(e)
Adjust the volume to a nominal level.
1) Make sure you hear the test frequency on the flight interphone speakers and headsets.
(f)
Close this circuit breaker:
1) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel a) 7B17 NAV RADIO MMR C
(g)
Open this circuit breaker:
1) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel a) 7A6 NAV RADIO MMR L
(h)
Set the ILS channel select on the captain's ACP to the C position. 1) Make sure you hear the test frequency on the flight
interphone speakers and headsets.
(i)
Close this circuit breaker:
1) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel a) 7B6 NAV RADIO MMR R
(j)
Open this circuit breaker:
1) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel a) 7B17 NAV RADIO MMR C
(k)
Set the ILS channel select on the captain's ACP to the R position. 1) Make sure you hear the test frequency on the flight
interphone speakers and headsets.
(l)
Close these circuit breakers:
1) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel a) 7A6 NAV RADIO MMR L b) 7B17 NAV RADIO MMR C
K. VOR/LOC Antenna Switching and EIU Discrete Interface Test
S 735-245
(1) Do the VOR/LOC antenna switching and EIU discrete interface test:
(a)
Supply a signal to the FCC(s) that is equivalent to a radio altitude of more than five feet (Ref 34-33-00/501).
(b)
Supply a signal to the FCC(s) that is equivalent to an airspeed of more than 80 knots (Ref 34-12-00/501).
(c)
Make sure the FCC(s) are not in the APP or the LOC mode (Ref 22-10-00/501).
(d)
Make sure these results occur: 1) The caution message ILS ANTENNA shows on the main EICAS display.
