(4) Install waveguide Section 1:
(a)
Install the screws and washers with gaskets in the flanges between waveguide Sections 1 and Section 2.
(b)
Attach the quick disconnect with a gasket between the waveguide Section 1 and the antenna waveguide.

Install the support clamp on the waveguide Section 1.
(d)
Tighten the screw and nut that attach the support clamp to the waveguide bracket.

(5) Close the radome temporily (AMM 53-52-01/201) until after the weather radar test ND display test is done:
NOTE: The radome is closed to prevent equipment damage from wind

or rain.
(a)
Move the radome to the closed position.
(b)
Engage two of the six latch hooks.

WARNING:_______THE CARGO FLOOR PANEL IS HEAVY. TO PREVENT INJURY, TWO PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED WHEN LIFTING OR MOVING THE CARGO FLOOR PANEL.
CAUTION: DO NOT PUSH OR PULL THE CARGO FLOOR PANEL ACROSS THE FLOOR
_______ BEAMS. THIS ACTION CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE BLANKET MATERIAL.
(b) Carefully remove the cargo floor panel.

(4) Remove the dust caps from the waveguide flanges.

(5) Install waveguide section 2:
(a)
Put section 2 into the airplane through the bulkhead hole.
(b)
Hold section 2 and put waveguide tabs on aft and forward support brackets.
(c)
Attach section 2 to each support bracket with two screws, two nuts and four washers.
(d)
Tighten the screws only enough to hold the waveguide.
(e)
Install gasket on bulkhead and tighten eight screws.
(f)
Install screws and lockwashers with gaskets between sections 2 and 3.
(g)
Install screws and lockwashers with gaskets between sections 3 and 4.
