G. Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition
SUBTASK 27-51-14-410-001
(1) Install the leading edge panel [40] on the outboard end of the main flap [1]:
(a) Apply sealant, A00247 to the mating surface of the leading edge panel [40] and the main
flap [1].
(b) Put the leading edge panel [40] in its position.
(c) Install the bolts [42]:
1) Apply compound, C00528 to the forward and aft rows of holes in the leading edge panel
[40].
2) Install the bolts [42] in the forward and aft rows of holes.
3) Apply sealant, A00247 to the bolts [42] that go in the ribs and stiffeners in the main flap
[1].
4) Install the bolts [42] in the ribs and stiffeners.

(a) Apply sealant, A00247 to the mating surface of the upper skin panel [4] and the main flap

(b) Put the upper skin panel [4] in its position.

1) Apply compound, C00528 to the forward and aft rows of holes in the upper skin panel
[4].
2) Install the bolts [3] in the forward and aft rows of holes.
3) Apply sealant, A00247 to the bolts [3] that go in the ribs and stiffeners in the main flap
[1].
4) Install the bolts [3] in the ribs and stiffeners.

(3) Install the lower skin panel [58] on the inboard end of the main flap [1]:
(a) Apply sealant, A00247 to the mating surface of the lower skin panel [58] and the main flap
[1].
(b) Put the lower skin panel [58] in its position.
(c) Install the bolts [57]:
1) Apply compound, C00528 to the forward and aft rows of holes in the lower skin panel
[58].
2) Install the bolts [57] in the forward and aft rows of holes.
3) Apply sealant, A00247 to the bolts [57] that go in the ribs and stiffeners in the main flap
[1].
4) Install the bolts [57] in the ribs and stiffeners.

(4) Do this task: Inboard Flap Support Aft Fairing Installation, TASK 27-51-18-400-802.

(1) A removal of the outboard track for the inboard flap
(2) An installation of the outboard track for the inboard flap
(3) A removal of the inboard track for the inboard flap
(4) An installation of the inboard track for the inboard flap.
