Put the Airplane Back to its Usual Condition

 WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND THE EQUIPMENT ARE BEFORE YOU MOVE
_______ THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER. THE LEADING EDGE FLAPS, THE TRAILING EDGE FLAPS AND THE FLAP DRIVE MECHANISMS WILL MOVE. WITH THE HYDRAULIC POWER REMOVED, ELECTRICAL POWER WILL MOVE THE FLAPS AUTOMATICALLY WHEN YOU MOVE THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER.
 (1)  
Retract the trailing edge flaps on the outboard side of the wing (AMM 27-51-00/201).

 (2)  
Remove the electrical power, if it is not necessary
 (AMM 24-22-00/201).

 RESERVE TANK TRANSFER VALVE ACTUATOR - ADJUSTMENT/TEST

 1.  General
 A.  This procedure contains instructions for these operational tests:
 (1)  
A CMC reserve value ground test

 (2)  
A defuel module test.

 B.  
To do an operational check of the reserve tank transfer valves you can use one of these methods:

 C.  
Use the CMCS ground test for the reserve valve.

 D.  
Use the RESERVE 2&3 TRANSFER switch, on the defuel module of the P461 maintenance overhead panel.

 E.  
The RESERVE 2&3 TRANSFER switch does an operational check of the reserve tank transfer valves. You must do a visual check of the manual override lever for the valve actuator. If the reserve tanks are filled with fuel, fuel will move to the inboard main tanks during the test.

 F.  
When persons do maintenance in the area of the wing leading edge, you must install locks on all extended leading edge flaps.

 2.  Reserve Tank Transfer Valves Ground Test________________________________________

 (1)  
The CMCS ground test for the reserve valve does a check of these fuel system items:

 (a)  
Fuel system EICAS interface cards

 (b)  
Fuel system management card (FSMC) A

 (c)  
Reserve tank transfer single point sensor (SPS) control card

 (d)  
Reserve tank transfer valves.

Reserve Tank Transfer System serviceable

 (b)  
A specific fuel quantity is not necessary for this task.

 (c)  
Electrical Power On (AMM 24-22-00/201).

 (d)  
Fuel System Card File serviceable (AMM 28-22-16/401).

 (e)  
Integrated Display System (IDS) serviceable (AMM 31-61-00/501).

 (f)  
Airplane must be in the ground mode (AMM 32-09-02/201).

 (g)  
Central Maintenance Computer (CMC) serviceable (AMM 45-10-00/501).

 (h)  
CDU installed (AMM 34-61-02/401).
