(6) Disconnect the vent tube clamps from the structure.
NOTE: Keep the shims or the spacers for the installation task.

(7) Disconnect the applicable couplings for the vent tube to remove the tube in wingtip dry bay.
NOTE: Discard the coupling O-rings.

Do the Install the Fuel Vent Tube in the Wingtip Dry Bay Procedure

(1)
Go into the wingtip dry bay.

(2)
Clean the mounting areas for the vent tube clamps with a solvent.

Install the new O-rings in the grooves on the vent tube flanges and all the disconnected tube couplings.

(4)
Connect the tube couplings together and put the vent tube into its position.

(5)
Loosely connect the clamps to the support brackets to hold the tubing into its position.
NOTE: Do not tighten the clamps.

Install the bolts and the washers (10 locations) that attach the vent tube flange to the fitting on the rear spar.
(7)
Tighten the bolts.

(8)
Put the washers on the bolts that attach the vent tube flange to the inboard end of the wingtip dry bay and put the bolts into the bolt holes (12 locations).
