FUEL SUMP DRAIN VALVE - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure supplies instructions to remove and install the fuel sump drain valve from the wing fuel tanks, the center wing tank, and the surge tanks.
B. The sump drain valves in the inboard main tanks, the center wing tank, and all the surge tanks are found at the low point of the tank. The sump drain valves for the outboard main tanks are found in the inboard main tanks, with a drain hose that goes from the outboard main tank. The sump drain valves for the reserve tanks are found in the outboard main tanks, with a drain hose that goes from the reserve tank.
C. The access to the sump drain valves is through the access doors for the applicable fuel tank.
