 No. 3 main tank, install the poppet seat (4) in the fuel sump drain
 valve with a standard 1 1/16 inch socket wrench.
 NOTE:____ Use a thin wall 1 1/16 inch socket wrench on the drain fuel
 sump drain valves in the No. 2 or No. 3 main tank.

Tighten the poppet seat (4) to 100-120 pound-inches.

Operate the primary poppet two or three times and make sure that no leakage occurs when the primary poppet engages.

 If the primary poppet for the fuel sump drain valve in the center wing tank is installed, close the access panel, 191G or 192G.

 OVERWING FILL PORT - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General

 A.  This procedure contains instructions to remove and install an overwing fill port.
 B.  The overwing fill ports are found in the top surface of each main fuel tank.
 C.  The access to the retaining nut for an overwing fill port is through the fuel tank access door found on the bottom of the applicable main fuel tank.

 (2)  Remove the fuel from the fuel tank and prepare the fuel tank for an entry (AMM 28-11-00/201).

 (3)  Remove the other tank access doors, if necessary, to get access to the overwing fill port (AMM 28-11-02/401).
 NOTE: Refer to the table that follows for the necessary access.

Disconnect the filler cap lanyard from the retaining nut.

Remove the lockwire from the retaining nut and airplane structure.
