Measure the bonding resistance between the vent tube and the structure (AMM 20-22-01/601).

F. Do the Install the Fuel Vent Tube in the Surge Tank Procedure

Go into the surge tank and install the washers and the nuts (12 locations) on the bolts that go through the outboard rib of the surge tank.

Tighten the nuts.

Install the seal caps on the nuts (AMM 28-11-00/801).

Apply the sealant around the perimeter of the vent tube at the outboard rib of the surge tank (AMM 28-11-00/801).

Tighten the vent tube clamps to the support brackets with the bolts, the washers, and the nuts.

Remove all the fuel in the surge tank and prepare the surge tank for an entry (AMM 28-11-00/201).

Disconnect the bonding jumper and bonding clamp from the vent tube inlet.
