Install the AVM box in the ARINC case support assembly.
(e)
With the strap (856A2636P10), keep the case support assembly for the ARINC in the correct position.
(f)
Install the SCU (signal condition unit) adapter case (856A2636P06) in the back of the connecting monitoring SCU case (856A2636P03).
(g)
Attach the assembled connecting monitoring SCU case to the AVM rack.
(h)
Connect the SCU case to the ARINC case adapter with the connecting cable (856A2636P09).
(i)
Connect the SCU case "analyzer connector" to the analyzer with the connecting cable (856A2636P08) as follows: 1) Put the connecting cable through the E/E bay access door. 2) Use tape, at locations that are apart 4-6 inches
(100-150 mm), to attach the connecting cable to the surface
as follows:
a) Attach it along the fuselage at the 6 o'clock position.
b) Put it up above the wing to the emergency hatch.
c) Put it through the emergency hatch to the analyzer.
(j)
Set the SCU to the right or left engine.
(k)
Connect the power cable (856A2636P07) to a 115V/400Hz socket in the cockpit area.
(l)
After you set the power supply to the "ON" position, follow the specific instructions about the operation of the trim balance analyzer (Refer to the manufacturer's instructions).
