 WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT THE NOZZLE AND EXHAUST CONE ARE
_______ SUFFICIENTLY COOL. IF THE NOZZLE AND EXHAUST CONE ARE TOO HOT, INJURIES TO PERSONS CAN OCCUR WHEN THEY INSTALL THE BALANCE CLIPS.
 (j)  Remove the clips that will not be used again with uncrimping pliers as follows: 1) Move the blade with the clip which is to be removed to the
 6 o'clock position. 2) Engage the tool head over the blade tip shroud on the right side of the clip (Fig. 521).
 3)  Move the tool head left and engage the clip retaining pin of the tool between the clip and the rear of the blade tip shroud.
 4)  Engage the rear end of the clip in the window of the tool head lower jaw. 5) Press the trigger of the tool handle to unlock the antirotation plate. 6) Push the tool rod forward and slightly upward to tilt the tool end-fitting and uncrimp the clip.
 CAUTION: WHEN YOU REMOVE THE TOOL AND THE CLIP, MAKE SURE THAT
_______ YOU TURN THE TOOL CLOCKWISE TO KEEP THE CLIP OUT OF THE TURBINE. THE CLIP CAN FALL INTO THE TURBINE IF YOU TURN THE TOOL COUNTERCLOCKWISE. DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT CAN OCCUR.
 7)  Turn the tool clockwise a quarter of a turn and pull it back together with the clip.

 (8)  If there are no balance clips (Ref: AIPC 72-56-00-15, item 45) on the engine already, install the balance clips as follows.
