5) If the vibration levels continue to be more than the limits, do this task: Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition.
NOTE: It is not possible to correct the vibration problem

4. Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition.____________________________________________
A. General
(1) This procedure gives the steps to remove the trim balance equipment and put the airplane back to its usual condition.

D. Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition.

(1) FOR KITS 856A2633G05, 856A2605G22/G18/G17/G13, AND 856A2605G20/G12; To remove the kit from the engine, do the steps that follow (optional to the removal of kits from the E/E bay) (Fig. 501).
(a)
Disassemble the cabin equipment.
(b)
Remove the output cable for the signal conditioner from the wing, strut, and the fan cowl panel.
(c)
Disconnect the output cable for the signal conditioner from the signal conditioner.
(d)
Remove all tape from the output cable for the signal conditioner.
(e)
Install protection caps on all of the equipment.
(f)
Install the emergency exit hatch (AMM 52-21-00/401).
(g)
Disconnect the input leads from the signal conditioner which is installed on the fan cowl panel.
(h)
Remove the signal conditioner from the access door hatch for the oil tank on the fan cowl panel. 1) Close the access door for the oil tank.
(i)
Open the fan cowl panels (AMM 71-11-02/201).
(j)
Disconnect and remove the test lead from the N1 speed sensor.
(k)
Connect the electrical plug D546 to the N1 speed sensor.
(l)
If it is installed, disconnect and remove the test lead from the FFCCV vibration sensor. 1) Connect the harness connector to the FFCCV vibration
sensor.
(m)
Open the left fan cowl panels (AMM 71-11-02/201).

Open the left thrust reverser (AMM 78-31-00/201).
(o)
Disconnect the test leads from the cowls and from the bulkhead of the right fan duct cowl and thrust reverser half. 1) Remove the remaining tape.
(p)
Open the right fan cowl panel (AMM 71-11-02/201).
WARNING: OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THE PROCEDURE TO OPEN THE THRUST
_______ REVERSERS. IF YOU DO NOT OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS WHEN YOU OPEN THE THRUST REVERSERS, INJURIES TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT CAN OCCUR.
(q)
Open the right thrust reverser (AMM 78-31-00/201).
(r)
Disconnect the test lead from the connector for the TRF vibration sensor at the 5:30 o'clock position on the HPC front stator.
