Open the latches for the APU cowl door.
(b)
Open the APU cowl door.
(c)
Connect the door support rods.

(3) Remove the differential pressure regulator:
(a)
Disconnect the air inlet line from the differential pressure regulator.
(b)
Disconnect the control air line from the differential pressure regulator.
(c)
Remove the clamp that attaches the differential pressure regulator to the mounting bracket on the bleed air valve.

S 424-006
(1) Install the differential pressure regulator:
(a)
Put the differential pressure regulator in its position on the mounting bracket on the bleed air valve.
(b)
Install the clamp that attaches the differential pressure regulator to the mounting bracket.
(c)
Connect the air inlet line to the differential pressure regulator.
(d)
Connect the control air line to the differential pressure regulator.

Do a test of the differential pressure regulator (AMM 49-52-21/501).

(3)
Close the APU cowl door:
(a)
Disconnect the door support rods.
(b)
Put the door support rods in the clips on the APU cowl door.
(c)
Close the APU cowl door.
(d)
Close the latches on the APU cowl door.

(4) Set the circuit breaker and the switch:
(a)
Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker: 1) E3-3 Electrical Shelf, APU Control Unit
(b)
Remove the DO-NOT-OPERATE tag from the APU master switch on the P5 forward overhead panel.
