(1) Set the switch and the circuit breaker:
(a)
Set the APU master switch, on the P5 forward overhead panel, to the OFF position and attach a DO-NOT-OPERATE tag.
(b)
Open this circuit breaker and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag: 1) E3-3 Electrical Shelf, APU Control Unit

(2) Open the APU cowl door:
(a) Open the latches for the APU cowl door.

(b) (c) Open the APU cowl door.Connect the door support rods.
(3) S 033-004Disconnect the air inlet line from the pressure regulator and the bleed air valve: (a) Remove the clamp for the air inlet line. (b) Disconnect the air inlet line.
(4) S 023-005Remove the pressure regulator filter: (a) Remove the cover from the pressure regulator housing. (b) Remove the pressure regulator filter. (c) Remove the packing. (d) Discard the packing.
(5) S 033-006Remove the lock-o-seal and the retainer washer from the pressure regulator housing.
(6) S 113-007Clean the pressure regulator filter: (a) Clean the pressure regulator filter with the Turco Transpo.
WARNING:_______ DO NOT GET THE SOLVENT IN YOUR MOUTH, OR YOUR EYES, OR ON YOUR SKIN. DO NOT BREATHE THE FUMES FROM THE SOLVENT. PUT ON A PROTECTIVE SPLASH GOGGLE AND GLOVE WHEN YOU USE THE SOLVENT. KEEP THE SOLVENT AWAY FROM SPARKS, FLAME, AND HEAT. THE SOLVENT IS A POISONOUS AND FLAMMABLE MATERIAL WHICH CAN INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(b) (c) Clean the pressure regulator filter with the solvent.Dry the pressure regulator filter with the air.
