2) Monitor the fuel heater for leakage for 5 minutes. a) If there is any leakage, repair the cause of it.
(f)
Manually close the APU fuel valve.
(g)
Set the No. 1 AFT FUEL PUMP switch on the P5 forward overhead panel to the OFF position.
(h)
Loosen the plug on the fuel supply hose to release the fuel pressure. 1) Let the fuel from the fuel supply hose drain into the
container.
(i)
Remove the plug from the fuel supply hose.
(j)
Remove the container with the fuel from below the fuel supply hose.
(k)
Remove the external electrical power from the airplane if it is not necessary (AMM 24-22-00/201).

1. General
_______
A. This procedure gives the task to do the inspection of the fuel drain.
APUs WITHOUT THE FUEL DRAIN HOUSING;
The fuel drain system has the plenum union on the turbine plenum, drain
tee, drain line and drain union on the combustion chamber cap.
APUs WITH THE FUEL DRAIN HOUSING;
The fuel drain system has the turbine plenum boss, fuel drain housing,
drain line and drain reducer on the combustion chamber cap.
