Look at the guide plates and roller pin for damage that can cause a problem in the door.
(e)
Look for damage to the flexible conduit for the wire bundle.
(f)
Make sure the stop pins on the door align with the stop pads (Fig. 602).
NOTE: Usual flight and pressure loads cause the stop pins to
____ make marks on the stop pads.
(g) Make sure the wear pads for the stop pins on the lower gate are not worn more than 0.035 inch.

Look at the lower surface of lower gate, and the top surface of the upper gate for corrosion (Section A-A, Fig. 602).

Make sure the wear pads for the stop pins on the lower gate are not worn more than 0.035 inch.
