A. This procedure contains two tasks. The first is the removal of the guide arm on the main entry door. The second is the installation of the guide arm on the main entry door.

Remove the door lining (AMM 52-11-02/401).

Remove the Guide Arm

Open the door until the pin (10) aligns with the holes in the guide plates (9).

(2)
Remove the pin (10) (View A-A).
(a)
Turn the pin (10) to align the bolt head (28) with the hole in the guide arm (2).
(b)
Remove and keep the bolt (28) that attaches the pin (10) to the guide arm sleeve (29).
