(4) OVERHEAD RESERVOIR INSTALLATION;
Remove the ceiling access panel above the entry door
(AMM 25-22-01/401).

(5) FLOOR LEVEL RESERVOIR INSTALLATION;
Remove the doorway sidewall lining and the dado panel forward of the
entry door (AMM 25-21-03/401).

(6) OVERHEAD RESERVOIR INSTALLATION;
Remove the lockwire from the reservoir mounting pin for access to
the safety pin location (Fig. 401), if it is necessary.
NOTE:____ Do not remove the reservoir mounting pin.

WARNING:_______MAKE SURE THE TOGGLE LEVER DOES NOT MOVE. THE MOVEMENT OF THE TOGGLE LEVER CAN OPEN THE RESERVOIR VALVE AND RELEASE THE RESERVOIR PRESSURE. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND/OR DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT .
BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN YOU WORK AROUND THE EMERGENCY POWER RESERVOIR, BECAUSE THE RESERVOIR IS PRESSURIZED TO 3000 PSI.

Put the safety pin across the reservoir plunger.

Remove the access panel (2) from the body skin forward of the door to get access to the chain (19) and the actuator rod end (5), if it is necessary.

If it is necessary, remove the surounding equipments/furnishings (lavatories, class dividers, etc.) to get access to the door actuator.

Remove the interior side wall panels to get access to the door actuator (AMM 25-21-03/401).

Remove the actuator (14).
(a)
Disconnect the pressure line (15, detail C) at the actuator (14).
CAUTION: DO NOT LET THE CHAIN (19) TWIST WHEN YOU REMOVE THE
_______ ACTUATOR PISTON ROD (7) FROM THE ROD END (5). THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE CHAIN.
(b)
Loosen the checknut (6) at the rod end (5).
(c)
Turn the actuator piston rod (7) to remove it from the rod end (5).
(d)
Remove the checknut (6) from the actuator piston rod (7).
(e)
Push the actuator piston rod (7), to the full limit of travel, into the actuator (14).
(f)
Remove the bolt (11), washer (12), nut (13) and the rubber spacer (10) from the actuator support bracket.
(g)
Move the actuator piston rod (7) from the seal assembly (8) to remove the actuator (14).

Remove the chain (19, detail C), if it is necessary.
(a)
Turn the chain sprocket (21) to get access to the attachment pin (3).
