INSTALL THE WASHERS AS NECESSARY TO PUT THE ROLLER PIN ON THE GUIDE ARM IN THE CENTER BETWEEN THE GUIDE PLATES AND GET THE NECESSARY CLEARANCE BETWEEN THE GUIDE ARM AND THE LOWER FACE OF THE BELLCRANK LINK.

(c) Push the pin (10) through the holes in the guide plates (9) to remove it from the guide arm (2).
NOTE: Keep the spacers (27).

Remove the elbow pin (26) (View A-A).
(a)
If it is necessary, open the door fully to remove the elbow pin (26).
(b)
Remove the bolt (31) and the nut (30) that hold the elbow pin (26) in place.
(c)
Record the number and location of the washers (25).
(d)
Remove the elbow pin (26), the bushing (32) and the washers (25).

Remove the hinge covers (5).
(a)
DOOR 1; Do these steps: 1) Remove the bolts (3) and the washers (4) that hold the
cover (5) on.
2) Remove the cover (5).
(b)
DOOR 5; Do these steps: 1) Remove the bolts (3), (6), and (7) and the washers (4) that
hold the cover (5) on.
2) Remove the cover (5).
