UPPER DECK GALLEYS - ADJUSTMENT/TEST
____________________________________
1. General_______
A. This procedure gives the instructions to do the serviceable test of the installed galley system on the upper deck.
B. Do the subsequent two tests at the same time. Do a test of the electrical system for the galley. An incorrect operation will cause the control bus switches or circuit breakers for the galley to open. Do a check of the specified system to find the cause of the open circuit.
C. The primary power centers supply electrical power to the galley through four bus feeders. Some bus feeders are divided between two galley complexes. Each galley complex feeder has a switch to remove electrical power in an emergency. The switch(s) for emergency power must be ON in the two complexes to have power at one or two complexes. For the galley power supply, refer to AMM 25-31-04/401 Main Deck Galleys and AMM 24-51-00/001 115-volt AC Power Distribution Systems.
D. The location of the shutoff valve for the galley water system is in the top of the galley structure. The location of the electrical control panels is on the face of the top galley structure.
E. The test of the galley ventilation system is part of the airplane system test.
