If necessary to install seat through door, push seatback on seat to breakover position.

Put the seat in its position on the seat tracks.

Make sure the studs engage in the circular cutouts in the seat track (Fig. 401).

Move the seat in the forward or aft direction to get the correct seat pitch.

Make sure the studs are in the center between the circular cutouts (Fig. 401).

Tighten the screw to 80 inch/pounds +/- 7 inch/pounds on the seat track fittings.

Examine the seat track fittings to make sure they are correctly installed in the seat tracks (Fig. 402).
