(7) Let the surface dry at room temperature for a minimum of 2 hours.

NOTE: Use masking tape to hold the decorative tedlar laminate in
____ the correct position. If you use perforated tedlar for the repair, align the holes in the tedlar with the holes in the panel you will cover.

CAUTION: BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU APPLY HEAT NEAR MATERIALS THAT CAN BURN.
_______ THE TEMPERATURE OF THE TEDLAR MUST NEVER BE MORE THAN 200°F OR THE TEMPERATURE AT WHICH THE TEDLAR DISTORTS, WHICHEVER IS LOWER. TOO MUCH HEAT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE TEDLAR.
(9) Use the heat gun to increase the temperature of the tedlar laminate.
NOTE: Be careful to make sure the temperature is constant across
____ the surface of the laminate. Refer to 20-11-25/201 for cautions to obey when you use heat guns.
