_______ COMPARTMENT DOOR. INSTALL A SAFETY BARRIER (3PRE65B00040) ACROSS THE OPENING OF THE DOOR UNLESS AN ACCESS STAND IS AT THE DOOR. INJURY TO PERSONS CAN OCCUR IF THEY FALL THROUGH THE OPENING OF THE DOOR.

Install a safety barrier (3PRE65B00040) across the opening of the cargo compartment door if it is necessary.

Push the CAUTION switch-light on the cargo control panel until it starts to flash.

Make sure the POWER DRIVE SYSTEM switch on the cargo control panel is in the OFF position.
E. Remove the Sidewall Lining

(1)
Remove the tape from the lining and discard it.

Remove the screws or the scrivet fasteners from the lining.
NOTE: The scrivet fasteners are only on the lower (sloping)
____ sidewall linings and the forward bulkhead linings in the aft compartment.
(a) Put the removal tool between the scrivet and grommet and lift out of the sidewall lining.
NOTE: The scrivet and grommet come out of the sidewall lining

at the same time.

For a flexible vertical lining, pull the lining away from the structure to disengage the button fasteners and velcro tape.
(4)
Remove the lining from the structure.
