C. A blower draws air for electrical/electronic equipment cooling from the cabin through circuit breaker panels and equipment racks. The air passes through the main electrical/electronic equipment center racks and is discharged either to the forward cargo compartment heating system or overboard.
3. Forward Electrical/Electronic Equipment Center

A. The forward electrical/electronic equipment center provides space for E-30 and E-31 equipment racks on the left and right side of the nose gear wheel well and P-180 main power center panel. The forward E/E equipment center is accessible by means of a crawlway on each side of the nose gear wheel well leading forward from the main electrical/electronic equipment center.
4. Center Fuselage Electrical/Electronic Equipment Center

A. The center fuselage electrical/electronic equipment center provides space for E-6 and E-9 equipment racks and P54 center equipment panel. The center fuselage E/E equipment center is accessible from outside the airplane through a door in the bottom of the fuselage.
5. Aft Electrical/Electronic Equipment Center

A. The aft electrical/electronic equipment center provides space for the E-8 and E-33 equipment racks and P-83, P-84, P-85 and P-183 aft power equipment panels. The E-8 equipment rack and P-83, P-84 and P-85 panels are supported by struts attached to the airplane fuselage aft of door 5 left. The E-33 rack and P-183 panel are also located aft of door 5 left along the sidewall with protective lining panels installed along the forward and inboard sides to provide a measure of protection against undue cargo shift.
B. The aft electrical/electronic equipment center provides space for the E-8 and E-33 equipment racks and P-83, P-84, P-85 and P-183 aft power equipment panels. The E-8 equipment rack and P-83, P-84 and P-85 panels are accessible through sidewall access panels on the left side of the door 5 overhead crew rest area and are supported above the aft left coat closet by struts attached to the airplane fuselage. The E-33 rack and P-183 panel is accessible through the aft left coat closet.
6. SATCOM Electrical/Electronic Equipment Center

A. The SATCOM electrical/electronic equipment center provides space for E-42 equipment rack which is located just forward and above main deck entry door No. 4 left.
