B. SOME AIRPLANES; The captain and first officer's sidewall consoles each contain a clipboard-type worktable which can be folded up and stowed against the console (Fig. 1).
C. SOME AIRPLANES; The first observer's sidewall console contains a pull-out worktable stowed underneath the observer's console.
D. SOME AIRPLANES; The flight compartment contains a sill-mounted worktable outboard of each pilot seat.
8. Flight Compartment Smoke Evacuation Equipment

A. A smoke shutter is installed in the aft ceiling area of the flight compartment. The smoke shutter allows for the evacuation of smoke from within the flight compartment to the outside of the airplane. A tee handle is installed between the P7 overhead circuit breaker panels to open and close the smoke shutter.

PILOTS' GLARE SHIELD - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains these tasks:
(1)
The removal of the pilots' glare shield.
(2)
The installation of the pilots' glare shield.
B. The pilots' glare shield is above the P10 AFC panel. The P10 AFC panel is forward and above the pilots' control stand. The pilots' glare shield extends aft from the windshield to the P10 AFC panel.
