WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO INSTALL
_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Wing Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Body Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Install the Antiskid Shuttle Valve Module (Fig. 401)

(1)
Lubricate the new O-rings and retainers with hydrualic fluid.

Install the O-rings and retainers on the unions and adapters.

CAUTION: BE CAREFUL TO KEEP CONTAMINATION OUT OF THE ANTISKID SHUTTLE
_______ VALVE MODULE. CONTAMINATION CAN CAUSE A MALFUNCTION OF THE ANTISKID SHUTTLE VALVE.

Install the unions on the normal and alternate ports of the antiskid shuttle valve module.

(4)
For the antiskid shuttle valve modules on the body gear, do these steps:
(a)
Lubricate the new O-rings.
(b)
Install the O-rings on the pressure compensated flow regulator.
(c)
Install the pressure compensated flow regulators on the brake ports of the antiskid shuttle valve module.

(5)
For the antiskid shuttle valve module on the wing gear, install the adapters on the antiskid shuttle valve module.

(6)
Put the antiskid shuttle valve module on the support bracket, and install the four bolts with washers.
(7)
Remove the plugs from the hydraulic lines and caps from the ports.

(8) S 644-025Lubricate the hydraulic ports on the antiskid shuttle valve module with hydraulic fluid.
(9) S 434-026Connect the hydraulic lines to the antiskid shuttle valve module (10 locations).

WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF ALL CONTROL
_______ SURFACES BEFORE YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. AILERONS, RUDDERS, ELEVATORS, FLAPS, SPOILERS, LANDING GEAR AND THRUST REVERSERS CAN MOVE QUICKLY WHEN YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Pressurize hydraulic systems No. 1 and 4 (AMM 29-11-00/201).

Look at the HYD BRAKE PRESS gage on the captain's instrument panel, P1, and make sure it shows 3000 |200 psi.

Bleed the brake hydraulic lines between the antiskid valves and the brakes to remove any air in the lines (AMM 32-41-00/201).

Push on the brake pedals slowly and fully five times to operate the brakes while you do this check:
(a)
At the antiskid shuttle valve module that you installed, look for brake piston movement to make sure the brake operates correctly.

Remove the pressure from hydraulic system No. 4 (AMM 29-11-00/201).
