C. Install the Pressure Switch

Remove the plug in the port of the shuttle valve.

Lubricate the O-rings and the backup rings of the pressure switch and install them on the pressure switch.

Install the pressure switch on the shuttle valve.

Install a lockwire to safety the pressure switch to the shuttle valve.

Remove the cap on the plug of the wire bundle.

If it is necessary, remove the cap installed on the receptacle of the pressure switch.

Connect the applicable electrical connector:
DS280 - to connect the right pressure switch
DS281 - to connect the left pressure switch.

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker:

(1) Gage, Hydraulic Pressure, 0-4000 psi with a
0.5625 inch-18 UNF male thread adapter
(Aeroquip P/N 2266-6-8S) (1 Necessary) -Commercially Available
NOTE: The adapter permits installation of the
____ pressure gage directly in the bleeder assembly port of the brake unit housing.
