WARNING:_______ MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF ALL
CONTROL SURFACES BEFORE YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER.
AILERONS, RUDDERS, ELEVATORS, FLAPS, SPOILERS, LANDING
GEAR, AND THRUST REVERSERS CAN MOVE QUICKLY WHEN YOU
SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS
AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMEMNT.
(c)
Pressurize hydraulic system No. 4 (AMM 29-11-00/201).
(d)
Make sure that all pressure gages indicate a pressure equivalent to hydraulic system No. 4 pressure |200 psig.
(e)
At each main landing gear, do these steps to complete a control circuit test for the brake torque limiting system: 1) Remove the skid plates installed below the truck beam. 2) Connect the G32014-20 test equipment to the airplane after
the instructions (Figure 504) are complied with.
3) Make sure that the BRAKE RELEASE toggle switch on the test equipment is in the OFF position.
4) With the MLG WHEEL SENSOR selector switch set in each of the four possible positions (LF, RF, LR, RR), do these steps: a) Set the BRAKE RELEASE toggle switch on the test
equipment to the ON position.
b) Look at the pressure gage on the brake that is related to the position of the MLG WHEEL SENSOR selector switch.
c) Make sure that the pressure at the applicable brake is less than 200 psig.
NOTE: The brake is released when the pressure gage
____ shows 200 psig or less.
d) Set the BRAKE RELEASE toggle switch on the test equipment to the OFF position.
e) Make sure that the pressure at the applicable brake is equivalent to hydraulic system No. 4 pressure |200 psig.
5) Disconnect the G32014-20 test equipment from the airplane.
6) Put the brake torque sensor electrical connections back to the initial condition.
7) Install the skid plates.

(2)
Do these steps at each brake unit to remove the pressure gage and to install a brake bleeder assembly (16 locations):
(a)
Make sure that the parking brake is released.
(b)
Make sure that the brakes are not operated manually.
WARNING: THE BRAKES MUST NOT BE IN OPERATION WHEN YOU CONNECT OR
_______ DISCONNECT THE TWO PARTS OF A HYDRAULIC BRAKE DISCONNECT. IF YOU TRY TO CONNECT OR DISCONNECT A HYDRAULIC BRAKE DISCONNECT WITH THE BRAKE IN OPERATION, HYDRAULIC FLUID UNDER HIGH PRESSURE CAN RELEASE. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONNEL AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(c)
To remove all pressure from the brake unit, disconnect the hose half of the hydraulic brake disconnect from the brake half.
(d)
Remove the pressure gage from the brake unit housing.
