D. Prepare for the Installation

WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK(S) BELOW TO INSTALL
_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Wing Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Install the Antiskid Shuttle Valve (Fig. 201)

Lubricate new O-rings with clean hydraulic fluid.

Install O-rings and retainers on the shuttle valve.

CAUTION: BE CAREFUL TO KEEP CONTAMINATION OUT OF THE SHUTTLE VALVE
_______ ASSEMBLY. IT CAN CAUSE A MALFUNCTION OF THE SHUTTLE VALVE.

Install the shuttle valve into the shuttle valve assembly.

Install the cap and tighten.

Install lockwire.

WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF ALL CONTROL
_______ SURFACES BEFORE YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. AILERONS, RUDDERS, ELEVATORS, FLAPS, SPOILERS, LANDING GEAR, AND THRUST REVERSERS CAN MOVE QUICKLY WHEN YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
