C. Prepare for the Removal

(1) Make sure the ground locks are installed in all landing gear (AMM 09-11-00/201).

WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO INSTALL
_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Body Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Make sure that wheel chocks are installed at all wheels.

Remove the pressure from hydraulic system No. 4 and the reservoir (AMM 29-11-00/201).

Open this circuit breaker and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:

Remove the Servo Control Valve

Disconnect the electrical connector, D439B, from the control valve.

Put a cap on the electrical connector and the receptacle of the control valve.

Hold the control valve and remove the screws (4 locations) that attach the control valve to the module.
NOTE: Make sure to examine the lockwire before you remove it so you
____ can install it correctly when the new control valve is installed.

(4) Remove the control valve.

CAUTION: BE CAREFUL TO KEEP ALL CONTAMINATION OUT OF THE AUTOBRAKE
_______ PRESSURE-CONTROL MODULE. CONTAMINATION CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE MODULE.
(5) Remove the seal plate from the module.
