 11) Push the <BRAKE SYSTEM BITE LSK.
 12) Ignore the instructions of the TEST PRECONDITIONS screen and push the START TEST> LSK.
 13) Make sure that the CDU shows the configuration error indication NO IRS SIGNAL FIRST OFFICER'S SELECTED.
 14) Push the <RETURN LSK until the GROUND TESTS menu shows.
 15) Set the IRS SOURCE SELECT switch, on the P3 panel, to the C position.
 16) Push the <BRAKE SYSTEM BITE LSK.
 17) Ignore the instructions of the TEST PRECONDITIONS screen and push the START TEST> LSK.
 18) Make sure that the CDU shows only the configuration error indication
 -NO POWER TO A/B
 -ARM AUTOBRAKE SELECTOR IN MAX
 -IF AUTOBRAKE OFF, A/B TESTS WILL NOT RUN. 19) Push the CONTINUE> LSK. 20) Make sure that the CDU shows the SYSTEM TEST COMPLETED
 screen.
 21) Push the <RETURN LSK until the GROUND TESTS menu shows.
Do these steps to do a test of the right (R) IRS signal for the
 autobrake system:
 1)  Set the C IRS mode selector switch, on the P5 panel, to
 OFF.

 2) Make sure that the IRS SOURCE SELECT switch, on the P1 panel, is set to the C position. 3) Make sure that the IRS SOURCE SELECT switch, on the P3

Do these steps to do a test of the autobrake system indication:

 (a)  
Make sure that all three inertial reference systems are aligned (AMM 34-21-00/201).

 (b)  
If necessary, release the parking brake.

 (c)  
Make sure that all thrust levers are set to the aft stop.

 (d)  
Make sure the autobrake selector switch is in the OFF position.

 (e)  
At the Autobrake Control Module, M439, in the right forward wheel well, disconnect connector DM439C.

 (f)  
Install a jumper between pins 1 and 2 of connector DM439C (Fig. 503).

 (g)  
Make sure that the EICAS message AUTOBRAKES (advisory) shows on the top EICAS display.

 (h)  
Remove jumper and reinstall connector DM439C on the autobrake control module (M439).

 (i)  
Set the AUTOBRAKES selector switch to the RTO position.

 (j)  
Make sure the EICAS message AUTOBRAKES RTO (memo) shows on the top EICAS display.
