WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASKS BELOW TO INSTALL
_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Wing Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Body Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Lubricate the new O-rings (9 and 11) and the retainers (8 and 10) with clean hydraulic fluid.

CAUTION: BE CAREFUL TO KEEP CONTAMINATION OUT OF THE PORTS OF THE
_______ ANTISKID MODULE. CONTAMINATION CAN CAUSE A MALFUNCTION OF THE ALTERNATE ANTISKID MODULE.

Install the new O-rings (11) and the retainers (10) on the input filter (3).

Install the input filter (3) into the alternate antiskid module.

Install the new O-rings (9) and the retainers (8) on the filter cover (2).

Install the filter cover (2) into the alternate antiskid module with 4 screws (1).

Tighten the screws to 100-110 pound-inches.

Connect the hydraulic line to the filter cover (2).

(9) Clean the screen filter (5) in the metered pressure inlet port of the alternate antiskid module with these steps:
NOTE: It is recommend that you clean the screen filter (5) on the
____ metered pressure inlet port each time the input filter is replaced.
(a)
Disconnect the hydraulic line from the screen filter (5).
(b)
Install a plug on the hydraulic line.
(c)
Remove the screen filter (5) from the alternate antiskid module.
(d)
Remove and discard the O-ring (4) from the screen filter (5).
(e)
Remove the reducer (7) from the screen filter (5) and discard the O-ring (6).
(f)
Clean the screen filter with ultrasonic.
(g)
Lubricate the new O-rings (4 and 6) with clean hydraulic fluid.
(h)
Install a new O-ring (6) on the reducer (7), and install the reducer in the screen filter (5).
(i)
Install the new O-ring (4) into the screen filter (7).
(j)
Install the screen filter (5) into the alternate antiskid module.
(k)
Remove the plug from the hydraulic line and connect the hydraulic line to the screen filter (5).

Remove the pressure from hydraulic system No. 4 (AMM 29-11-00/201).

Pressurize hydraulic system No. 1 (AMM 29-11-00/201).

Push the brake pedals slowly and fully five times to operate the brakes.
