(4) Make sure all three inertial reference units are aligned (AMM 34-21-00/201).

(5) Pressurize hydraulic system No. 4 (AMM 29-11-00/201).

(6) Make sure the chocks are installed at all wheels.

(7) Release the parking brake.

(8) Make sure that the thrust levers are set to the aft stop.

(9) Do a test on the autobrake selector switch with these steps: (a) Set the autobrake selector switch to position 1 and do these checks:
1) 2) 3) Make sure this message, AUTOBRAKES 1, is shown on the upper EICAS display.Advance any combination of thrust levers.Verify that the autobrake selector switch goes to the DISARM position, and the upper EICAS display shows AUTOBRAKES.
(b) 4) Move all thrust levers to the aft stop and move the autobrake selector switch to the OFF position.Set the autobrake selector switch to Position 2 and do these checks:
1) 2) 3) Make sure this message, AUTOBRAKES 2, is shown on the upper EICAS display.Advance any combination of thrust levers.Verify that the autobrake selector switch goes to the DISARM position, and the upper EICAS display shows AUTOBRAKES.
(c) 4) Move all thrust levers to the aft stop and move the autobrake selector switch to the OFF position.Set the autobrake selector switch to position 3 and do these checks:
1) Make sure this message, AUTOBRAKES 3, is shown on the upper EICAS display.

2) Advance any combination of thrust levers.
3) Verify that the autobrake selector switch goes to the DISARM position, and the upper EICAS display shows AUTOBRAKES.
4) Move all thrust levers to the aft stop and move the autobrake selector switch to the OFF position.
(d) Set the autobrake selector switch to position 4 and do these checks: 1) Make sure this message, AUTOBRAKES 4, is shown on the upper
EICAS display. 2) Advance any combination of thrust levers. 3) Verify that the autobrake selector switch goes to the
DISARM position, and the upper EICAS display shows AUTOBRAKES. 4) Move all thrust levers to the aft stop and move the autobrake selector switch to the OFF position.
(e) Move the autobrake selector switch to MAX AUTO and do these checks: 1) Make sure this message, AUTOBRAKES MAX, is shown on the
upper EICAS display. 2) Advance any combination of thrust levers. 3) Make sure the autobrake selector switch goes to the DISARM
position, and the upper EICAS display shows AUTOBRAKES. 4) Move the autobrake selector switch to the OFF position.
(f) Move the autobrake selector switch to RTO and do these checks: 1) Make sure this message, AUTOBRAKES RTO, is shown on the
upper EICAS display. 2) Move the autobrake selector switch to the OFF position.

Remove the pressure from hydraulic system No. 4 (AMM 29-11-00/201).
