(1)
If you removed the identification plate from the motor you removed, install it on the new motor.

Install chocks at all wheels.

Make sure that the manual override lever on the motor is in POS 2.

(4)
Install the motor.
(a)
Put the motor in its position on the parking brake valve.
(b)
Engage the drive shaft of the motor with the valve cam.
(c)
Install the four mounting screws with the three washers and a lug. 1) Install the lug in the position shown (Fig. 401). 2) Tighten the screws to 12-15 pound-inches. 3) Install the lockwire.
(d)
Connect the electrical connector DV23 to the electric motor on the parking brake module.

(6) Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker: (a) P6 Main Power Distribution Panel 1) 6L18 PARK BRAKE

(7) Do a test of the parking brake module. (a) Set the parking brake. (b) Make sure the EICAS message PARKING BRAKE SET shows on the EICAS display. (c) Make sure that the red manual override lever on the parking brake module is in POS 1.
(d) (e) (f) Release the parking brake.Make sure the EICAS message PARKING BRAKE SET does not show on the EICAS display.Make sure that the PARKING BRAKE DISAGREE and ANTISKID OFF indications do not show on EICAS.
(g) Make sure that the red manual override lever on the parking brake module is in POS 2.

(8) Set the parking brake.

(9) Remove hydraulic pressure (AMM 29-11-00/201).

(10) Remove electrical power if it is not necessary (AMM 24-22-00/201).

(11) Do this task: "Removal of the Door Locks from the Wing Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

THERMAL PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General

A. This procedure contains two tasks:
(1)
The removal of the thermal pressure relief valve.
(2)
The installation of the relief valve.
B.
The relief valve is installed on the keel beam in the wheel well for the right body landing gear. The external thermal relief valve is an assembly of a cartridge valve threaded in a separate housing. The internal thermal relief valve is threaded into the parking brake module.
