(1) Make sure the ground locks are installed in all landing gear (AMM 09-11-00/201).

WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO INSTALL
_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(2) Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Nose Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

WARNING: THE NOSE WHEEL SNUBBER BLOCKS CONTAIN FIBERS OR DUST WHICH CAN
_______ BE HARMFUL IF INHALED. MAKE SURE YOU PUT ON A PROTECTIVE TYPE RESPIRATOR WHEN YOU DO WORK NEAR THE SNUBBER BLOCKS THAT CAN CAUSE AIRBORNE FIBERS OR DUST.
(3) If removed, install the snubber block on the snubber spring, with the 12 bolts, washers, and nuts.
NOTE: If you will install a new snubber block, make sure the holes
____ are correctly drilled for the bolt installation. If you can not clamp the snubber block to the snubber spring within 0.06 inch, apply no more than 250 degree F of heat to the snubber block to achieve that dimension.
(a)
Install the bolts with the countersunk heads in the snubber block.
(b)
Hold the snubber assembly in position on the top panel of the nose wheel well.

Examine the distance from the top of the wheel well to the bottom of the snubber spring (See Figure 201).
(d)
Install the four bolts and tighten the bolts.
